Shall we play an eye game?
Game 2: PUTTING THE EYES TO SLEEP
You can stand or lie on the ground.
Put the palms over your closed eyes so that it gets very dark.
Important: do not press the eyeballs!
Then imagine that your two eyes are as round as table tennis balls.
Now you let the two “tennis balls” sink deep into their “baskets” – the eyes sink deep into the eye sockets.
